OUR MARKET:

P.D.Q. Mechanical Ltd is a full service mechanical contractor providing mechanical installations throughout Western Canada and the Northwest Territories. A few of our more notable achievements complete with photographs appear below. These are a small sampling of the over 2000 projects we have completed since our inception in January of 1985.

	HOTELS	Mayfield Inn Hotel Tower Addition 10 Story, All suite hotel tower 108 rooms, stacked heat pumps, fully sprinklered building. Built in 1990 using value engineering process.
	COMMERCIAL	Costco Wholesale One of five Costco Wholesales completed by P.D.Q. Mechanical Ltd. Located, Edmonton, Alberta. We have constructed a total of five Costco Wholesales: Nanaimo, B.C., Kamloops B.C., Ajax, Ontario., & Grand Prairie, Alberta. 125,000 sq.ft. Fully air-conditioned and sprinklered buildings.
	MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL	Water Front Pointe Ninety-two unit luxury adult condominium located in South Edmonton. Three buildings are constructed above an enclosed undergound parkade. Each suite has two washrooms, laundry facilities and the building is fully sprinklered.
	MANUFACTURING FACILITIES	Bettis Canada Bettis Canada is an oilfield manufacturing company. Their 50,000 square foot shop and 8,000 square foot office facility is located in South Edmonton. The offices are fully air-conditioned, while the shop is heated with overhead unit heaters. The shop/ manufacturing area is ventilated by two, two-stage make up air units and various exhaust fans.
	TENANT IMPROVEMENTS	Regis Hair Salons Regis Hair Salons are an international company with salons throughout the United States & Canada. This salon is located in West Edmonton Mall. We have provided mechanical installations for many Regis Salons throughout Western Canada.
